Deep Tissue / Sport Massage

Sports Massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue (skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia) to benefit a person. Sports Massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma.

Contra - indications for a sports massage

  • Pregnancy

  • Malignancy 

  • Broken bones

  • Acute tissue inflammation 

  • Varicose veins

  • Blood thinning medication

  • Recent surgery.
