Relaxation Massage

As humans, we are so busy working, doing daily tasks that we forget to look after our body's. Overtime, we build up stress hormones which lead to physical pain, tension, stress and sleeplessness. A relaxation massage can be just what your looking for. A 30 or 60 minute massage can bring your mind, body and spirit back into balance. A relaxation massage will include gentle massage strokes on a specific area of the body with the use of massage oils/creams, aromatherapy oils and relaxing music to help ease your mind and body and to let go of all those stresses.
